1. Introduction
At KGRP Ecommerce, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our procedures and policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our website.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return and Refund Policy.
2. Return Eligibility
You may return products purchased from KGRP Ecommerce within 30 days of delivery subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- You must have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
- Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Digital products, downloadable software, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Products marked as "Final Sale," "Non-Returnable," or "As Is" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service at kd124.in@gmail.com or call 8302684545 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.
- Package the product securely in its original packaging or equivalent.
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package and any return form provided.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Refunds include the price of the product but do not include:
- Original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
- Any handling or restocking fees that may apply.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service immediately at kd124.in@gmail.com or call 8302684545 within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Please provide:
- Your order number and contact information.
- A description of the damage or defect.
- Photos of the damaged or defective product, if possible.
We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective product at our expense and, at your option, provide a replacement or a full refund including original shipping costs.
7. Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to certain returns, particularly for high-value items or items that require special handling. You will be notified if a restocking fee applies at the time you request a return.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted to your account.

9. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified policy.
